Maria joined the Advocate Team as a Quality Assurance Analyst with years of experience as both a paralegal and law firm administrator. She was promoted to Executive Client Manager in 2018 to maximize her unique combination of education and expertise, assisting law firms across the nation in getting even better results for their clients while facilitating a transparent and meaningful business relationship with Advocate Capital, Inc.
Maria exemplifies Continuous Improvement through educational and professional development. In the last year, Maria completed her Bachelor’s Degree, the Dale Carnegie Human Relations Training, and is currently enrolled in an MBA program. She has also served on numerous ACI Committees including, Wellness, Training, and Annual Meeting.
Professionalism and Service are part of Maria’s everyday performance. She exhibits a “think outside the box” mentality when working toward unique solutions to assist her clients. She utilizes all resources available to help her clients be successful, including onsite visits to demonstrate her dedication to delivering a platinum customer service experience.
