The Training Team is responsible for providing training and support for our proprietary AdvoTrac® software, QuickBooks®, and various case management software used by law firms. Most training is done via telephone and screen-sharing, but traveling to client locations is occasionally necessary. Our Training Team also participates in the creation of training content, including written materials and screen-capture videos. The Training Team works closely with our Information Technology Group, Executive Client Managers, and Strategic Solutions Team to maximize client acquisition and satisfaction.
