There’s a vast misconception among consumers as to the need and purpose of lawsuits. Lawsuits become necessary to hold insurance companies, corporations and individuals accountable when their actions and/or decisions are responsible for the loss or injury of others. Unfortunately, “doing the right thing” isn’t always in the best interest of shareholders, naturally putting victims of injury at a disadvantage. That’s why lawsuits become necessary:
1. To provide people who are seriously hurt the best possible chance
at full recovery.
2. To change corporate behavior.
This is such an important message and Texas trial lawyer, Craig Carlson puts it so well in this video, I felt compelled to share it.
Take a look…
For those who have actually been forced to file a lawsuit to get their lives back on track and for those who fight tirelessly every day for justice on behalf of those who are hurt, it’s clear why lawsuits are necessary. It’s our job and our responsibility to help educate other consumers about the importance of lawsuits and the value of access to the civil justice system.
Thanks to Craig Carlson for sharing this message!
